I feel like I should pay tribute in some way to my
cat. Yesterday, October 9, 2007, around 1 o'clock p.m.
My mother accidentally ran her over. Poor little Elfie.
She was such a good little kitty.
I remember when Kacie first got her this summer...
She wanted to always be inside of our house but mom
doesn't much enjoy house pets. So, we would put her
outside at night and she would just sit right by the door
"meowing" her little heart away. She was actually afraid
of the dark. If the porch light was not on she would scream
louder. She was basically like a part of our family.
Though we only had her for a short amount of time she
made a lasting imprint on our hearts.
"Elphaba 'Elfie' Holder, may you sleep peacefully now."
